    Because Back Office was built by restaurant owners, for restaurant owners, it was specifically designed to address the revenue, cost of goods, labor, and compliance concerns that operators face within the industry.

    Through Back Office, owners gain clear and actionable insights into their performance, empowering them to make data-based operational decisions while leveraging the unique combination of continued education and user-friendly software, right at their fingertips.

    This position is hybrid and based out of our Lake Worth, FL office. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role.


    We are looking for a Customer Success Manager who will advocate for the customers needs and work with the team to continue to push the software forward and continue to provide value to all stakeholders.

    As a member of this team, you would build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, striving for high product adoption and retention.

    The ideal candidate is passionate about using their foodservice experience to identify problems, find solutions and improve the customer experience.


    You will work directly with customers to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are an active account with us.

    You will also work closely with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.


    Your impact:
    Establish clear retention goals
    Own the entire relationship with assigned customers, including onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction
    Assist customers with setting up and navigating software
    Promote the value of the product
    Promote value through customer experience
    Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
    Use food service experience to connect with the customer and provide a reasonable path for onboarding and adoption.


    About you:
    Minimum of 5 years in a managerial food service position
    Has experience with Inventory Control Systems and Recipe costing for Restaurants
    Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
    Accountability and personal organization are essential
    Analytical and process-oriented mindset
    Bachelor's degree preferred
    Minimum 5 years in Food service or Hospitality
    Previous Management experience in Food service or Hospitality
