  • Led both USA-based and offshore cross functional teams of project managers and subject matter experts in executing large-scale IT projects, consistently achieving on-time and within-budget results that include CRM, ERP, Cloud Management, Incident Ticketing Management Systems, E-Commerce, Cybersecurity and Vulnerability Assessments.
  • Led approximately 25 projects involving onboarding, migration, replacement, and/or integration of CRMs, ERPs, MSPs (ConnectWise and N-Central), Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise PSA, N-Central Help Desk, BMC Footprints, SolarWinds Service Desk, and OneDesk); CRM  platforms such as HubSpot, ConnectWise, Salesforce, AirTable and ClaritySoft, Cloud Services including Azure AD, Azure Cost Savings, AWS, Kubernetes, e-Commerce, and more.
  • Applied SDLC project methodologies on over 200+ projects.
  • Applied Agile-based methodology such as Scrum and Kanban in over 75+ IT-based, DevOps engagements.
  • Over 2,500 project hours certified by PMI where I applied both SDLC Project Management and Agile Project Management methodologies. Although I have over 2,500+ hours of accumulative project hours with over 75 CEU hours in Project Management, if required I will pursue my PMP certification. In my current position, PMP certification was not required given my project experience and accumulative project management hours and track record.
  • Project manager in at least 10 CRM onboarding/integration projects to assist clients in manufacturing, e-commerce, health care, non-profits, higher education, and small businesses.
  • In the past five years, 90% of projects I led were on schedule and on budget. 10% delays due to COVID pandemic and customer dependencies.

In my COO role, I increased revenue generation from 0.5 million annually to 3.8 million (158% increase) by increasing recurring revenue sales, deploying financial strategies to transform the company from a time/materials consulting service to product-based solutions. This was largely due to leading a project to implement a business management platform to include a ticketing system, billing system, sales and a CRM that met our business needs.

  • Improved business intelligence data collection, tracking and reporting with robust technological solutions. Standardized a ticketing system, billing/finance, HR, CRM, and project management from over 30 disparate systems onto a single platform.
  • Expertly managed risks and technical priorities, balancing executive directives with front-line requirements.
  • Proficiency in Sales & Stakeholder Engagement, working closely with Sales and Professional Services teams to define scope, develop Statements of Work and assist in converting a prospect to a sale.
