Hello my name is Ben Kargbo’s I’m located in Los Angeles california I am currently a scrum master at Stronghouse Fitness where Ive been for 3 years. I currently manage 2 development teams and have managed various technical projects from start to finish. One project in particular is fit connect the objective of fit connect is to bridge the gaps between trainer and client. So clients are able to easily find the right trainer for them. I’ve been fortunate to add value to My teams by coaching my teams to be more self sufficient, communicating with one another to bring even better transparency.  Prior to that I was working as an apprentice with IT industry tools where I assisted the Project Manager with project status reports, sprint planning, product backlog and many more. My specialties include coaching teams on how to properly use our ALM tools such as JIra, and Confluence. Also coaching the teams to constantly improve by implementing sprint retros. That being one of my favorite ceremonies. I consider myself to be a servant leader as well as an excellent motivator and an expert in building and directing cross-functional teams.
