- Manage outgoing billing processes to insurance companies accurately and efficiently.
- Navigate and process PIP program claims with precision and compliance.
- Oversee accounts receivable (A/R) and implement effective collection strategies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of new patients' benefits and coverage.
- Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in all billing and documentation tasks.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Handle electronic medical records (EMR) with proficiency and maintain accurate patient records.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize billing procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients regarding billing inquiries and concerns.
- Proven experience as a Medical Billing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Strong knowledge of medical billing processes, including insurance claims and collections.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Certification in Medical Billing and Coding is preferred but not required.

Our client is urgently seeking a detail-oriented and organized *Medical Billing Specialist* to join their team.The ideal candidate will have experience in outgoing billing to insurance companies, familiarity with PIP programs, accounts receivable management, collections, reviewing benefits of new patients, and a strong grasp of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
