    As a Senior Learning Delivery Facilitator within the Talent Experience organization, you will enable the frictionless delivery of our portfolio of learning and development programs, providing our employees with a remarkable experience that helps them grow their skills and careers at Workday.

    **Focus areas of this position will include:**

    **Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Facilitation** - Deliver virtual and in-person learning experiences for workmates as part of a career series along with capability development sessions on topics such as building resilience, cultivating a productive network, influencing and presenting; facilitate the Day One Orientation experience for new hires; infuse Workday values and culture philosophy in all training and development activities.

    **Project Management** - Lead project teams through program refresh/redesign efforts, influence enhancements to the participant and facilitator experience; build and manage project timelines, engage stakeholders, and ensure key outcomes are delivered; deliver and evaluate pilot run of new instructor-led career and skill learning modules; prioritize multiple programs and delivery dates and be accountable for all aspects of content delivery, ensuring problems are addressed, escalated when needed, and resolved quickly.

    **Collaboration** - As a content expert, deliver on program outcomes, cultivate and capitalize on collaborative relationships; serve as key partner to workmates and project team members, and provide valued advice and contributions. Work with the Learning Design team on new career and learning designs including the development of content, exercises, cases and simulations. Provide recommendations for improvements to in-flight training programs.

    **About You**

    **Basic Qualifications**

    8+ years directly related experience in the following fields: instructor led training, facilitation, project management, talent and/or learning and development experience

    Deep knowledge of relevant content areas, including the fields of management, leadership, organizational development, adult learning theory, and human resource development

    Ability to travel occasionally to support training needs at both domestic and non-US locations

    **Other Qualifications**

    Facilitation - Provide excellent verbal communication skills and strong facilitation; engage and connect with audience and be able to listen, react to the audience while balancing control, emphasize and reframe objections to overcome contrary views while remaining calm and objective.

    Project Management - Use a results-driven approach to successfully lead a team through a project sprint; scope a project, build timelines, manage risks, collaborate with team members

    Adaptability - As a member of an evolving team and business, handle fast paced situations with a focus on key outcomes; respond quickly with a calm demeanor when presented with last minute requests/changes; and use good judgment to implement real-time adjustments. Stay familiar with various tools used to deliver learning courses/programs at Workday; stay close to Workday Learning product evolutions and look for opportunities to better use our own product in our Learning programs.

    Cross-functional influence and collaboration - develop and cultivate strong connections with workmates and leaders at all levels, partnering with the Learning Delivery team, people partners and other Talent Experience teammates
