    This position is part of the Gene Reading Solutions team located in Boulder, CO and will be fully remote with regular travel to Boulder, CO. At IDT, we are one global team. We celebrate our differences, engage in healthy debate, and are inclusive. Together, we accomplish great things

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Develop an annual strategic plan to achieve product revenue and margin growth objectives and drive actions that lead to sustainable growth and the completion of strategic objectives
    • Serve as a commercial subject matter expert and product champion internally and externally, including regularly analyzing and communicating market trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements
    • Manager all aspects of product life cycle, including new product launch and execution of obsolescence to meet product strategy
    • Gather and synthesize market intelligence, including competitive information, customer feedback, and technical trends. Then leveraging this information to address competitive threats
    • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales and support tools, and training programs to drive growth
    • Partner with Quality Assurance and Operations on supply issues and own communications for commercial teams and customers when necessary
    The essential requirements of the job include:
    • Bachelor's in biological sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or a related field
    • At least 5-7 years of experience in product management, commercial marketing or a related role in a biotechnology, genomics, next-generation sequencing (NGS), or other relevant technical environment
    • At least 2 years of experience in high-touchpoint customer facing roles
    • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 20% domestically and internationally
    It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
    • biological sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or a related field
    • Assay commercialization in genomics, next-generation sequencing, or a related industry inclusive of chemistry, software, and bioinformatics products
    • Demonstrated understanding of competitors, technologies, trends, and key challenges in the NGS and oncology research market

    The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
