We are a medium-sized company with a customer base primarily in the automotive industry. Our strengths lie in the development and production of custom magnet systems and mechatronic/electronic components.

We are looking for you to join our production business unit in Littleton:

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring production schedule is met in terms of deadlines, quantity, and quality
  • Staff planning, including shift and vacation planning
  • Technical and disciplinary management of approximately 60 employees
  • Planning and conducting training for production staff
  • Conducting error analyses and implementing corrective measures
  • Collaborating with quality assurance to improve testing processes and handle complaints
  • Creating and analyzing statistics for production metrics
  • Contributing to the continuous development of the production area

Your profile:

  • Industrial foreman or technician training, or equivalent practical experience after completing an apprenticeship
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position in the manufacturing sector, ideally in the automotive supply industry
  • Knowledge of an ERP/PPS system
  • Experience with quality processes according to DIN ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 or VDA 6.3
