We, Intega, are a company specializing in Recruiting Process Outsourcing. On behalf of our client SUSS MicroTec from Sternenfels, we are currently looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer (m/w/d) to join our team.

SUSS MicroTec is a mechanical engineering company that develops and builds equipment for the production of high-performance microchips. The technically demanding manufacturing process of the chips involves multiple complex steps, where microstructures are replicated with high precision. Our client is a specialist in this field, offering an exciting international work environment in a high-tech company that shapes the future with its products and solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the problem-solving process for supplier parts and track corrective actions with suppliers
  • Review and evaluate supplier processes based on key performance indicators
  • Conduct supplier assessments and audits
  • Provide technical support for conducting Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Organize and manage the initial sampling process
  • High travel activity (> 30%)

Your profile

  • Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification with several years of experience in quality management
  • Excellent knowledge of problem-solving tools (8D, Ishikawa)
  • Several years of experience in supplier quality management
