    As the Product Manager for the Outside Event Services team, you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our online registration and fundraising platforms including BikeReg, RunReg, TriReg, SkiReg, and PledgeReg as well as our event photography solution, FinisherPix.

    You'll collaborate with engineering, marketing, QA, product design, and customer support to bring value to our users, and work with cross-functional partners across Outside to learn, iterate and shape the direction and integration of the product.


    What you will do:


    Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Outside's registration, fundraising, results, and photography properties and ensure that they align with the overall product and company vision of inspiring people to get outside.

    Deeply understand the needs of both event organizers and participants, and bring their needs into production.

    Write product briefs and user stories, and collaborate with your partners in marketing, engineering, and design to ship features that we are proud of and that our members love.

    Make tough tactical prioritization decisions, balancing short-term needs with long-term product direction for our brands.
    Define and own the metrics of success. Evangelize those metrics throughout the company, and use them to drive insights and new product hypotheses.
    Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to effectively build, launch and communicate new product features.
    Help identify and create solutions that integrate the Event Services products and technology into the greater Outside ecosystem.
    Discover and validate new product opportunities for Outside.
    Help us achieve our vision and execute our strategy by uncovering and developing new ideas for our brands.

    Fully remote jobs that can be performed in Boulder, Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

    Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data/ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
