    Busy Manhattan Ob/Gyn practice seeking a Medical Assistant to become a part of our team

    Ideal for someone looking to gain experience before pursuing a medical or nursing degree. Willing to train the right candidate.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
    • Escort patients to exam rooms
    • Vital Signs, documentation, collecting intake information, phlebotomy, preparing specimens for lab pick-up
    • Assist front desk with answering phones and collecting demographic information as necessary

    ​Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic computer skills
    • Phlebotomy
    • Ability to work late hours up to 7pm on some days
    • MUST BE COVID-19 Vaccinated and Boosted
