Choices Women's Medical Center is leading women's reproductive health center for over 50 years. As a Medical Assistant at Choices, you will be responsible for providing support to ensure efficient operations. You will support doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.- **Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday
- 4 days per week**
Responsibilities - Interview patients and document basic medical history prior to procedure
- Perform phlebotomy must be certified and trained
- Check with patients and type up patient's charts
- Assist during medical examinations
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
Skills
- Proven working experience as a medical assistant or medical scribe
- Phlebotomy
- Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Social perceptiveness and service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical record platforms (ECW preferred)
- Certification in medical assistance
- Pro-Choice
