- 15+ years of relevant experience in Consulting and IT Services sales outsourcing market.
- Experienced in managing large and complex client relationships with a portfolio of $20M+ and the potential and capability to grow the same YoY.
- Proven capability of navigating complex global business transformation deal pursuits and managing cross functional teams for a single cohesive solution.
- Capable of managing team of employees for the account onsite and offsite (globally)
- Excellent knowledge of Infrastructure and Cloud Business Transformation Consulting, and IT Services in a globally sourced delivery model. Applications Managed services sales experience is a plus.
- Strong Relationship, Sales, Operations and Delivery partnership experience
- Ability to manage relationship's at multiple levels internally, as well as externally with various stakeholders for a global account. This person will be expected to collaborate with other stakeholders in the account including Account Managers; Solutions Directors; Delivery Directors; Operations Managers to bring more value to the client.
- Strong Hitech industry knowledge a plus - should be familiar with the technology trends, providers and solutions in this sector. Semiconductor industry knowledge a plus.
- Strong result orientation, good interpersonal skills and high level of team building capabilities. Should have led a team of high caliber individuals.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Proven change management capabilities. High energy levels and decision making capabilities that support robust execution of plans.
- Anchor process improvement, compliance, and other organizational initiatives in the account.
