    Primary Responsibilities

    • Conduct yearly reconciliation for death benefit payments.
    • Generate weekly meeting reports using departmental data and analytics.
    • Review and input tax withholdings for members, ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.
    • Handle daily annuity estimate requests efficiently.
    • Assess, calculate, and establish monthly annuity payments accurately.
    • Make decisions on retirement benefit distribution approvals or denials.
    • Reconcile stale-dated distribution payments with banks and manage returns to trust.

    Qualifications/Position Requirements

    • 2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in Excel required.
    • Dependability and punctuality required
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of staff and member information
    • Strong analytical, math and data-entry skills
    • Good time management skills in order to meet various deadlines
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
    • Ability to process work with accuracy and thoroughness, monitors own work to ensure quality and applies feedback to improve performance
