Job Summary:
- creating and tracking incidents via service now
- hardware ordering - responsible for receiving and delivering hardware.
- coordinating new hires/interns/coops - working closely with TBM

  • RMA requests with various vendors
- hardware inventory\stock
- project coordinating, record keeping of deployments, hardware\software rollouts
- desktop support with front-office and back-office staff
- collaborate with large diverse teams
- workstation moves, adds and changes

  • Highly motivated, energetic with great communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple calls/tasks in fast paced environment
  • Regular working hours vary between 6:30am 6:00pm EST
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows 10 and O365 suite
  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies, especially Citrix, RAS and RAPs

Job Type:
Contract


Pay:
$ $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:


  • Active Directory & Windows Server 2000: 3 years (required)
  • Mobile and cellular technologies (Ipad, Tablets, Iphone): 3 years (required)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Atlantic City, NJ: Relocate before starting work (required)
