Social Worker needed for a full-time position based in Upper Manhattan.

We are seeking a MSW or LMSW for a Community Elder Mistreatment and Abuse Prevention Program.

The social worker will manage a caseload in which they:

provide comprehensive assessment, make home visits, work with clients, families, caregivers and other professionals in coordinating care plans and in determining goals set by the clients.

This role will also assist with crisis management, resource identification and case management, contribute to agency outreach and educational programs.


This position will offer:

Annual Salary is $61,500 (permanent)

Compensation for the temporary position will be an hourly rate to be determined based on social worker's experience.
