The Logistics Coordinator must have a strong focus on customer service, that can be complex in nature and where extensive judgment and ingenuity are required to circumvent habitual issues that negatively impact on our supply chain.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Record and track inventory levels, including receiving and issuance of inventory.
  • Coordinating shipping, receiving, and distribution processes
  • Prepare relevant paperwork and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
  • Research and resolve count variances to ensure accurate inventory records and identify potential areas of improvement in the process.
  • Run and create weekly ATS reports and address inventory variances by working with the right departments and 3PL.
  • Coordinate shipments for returns and transfers to and between 3PLs by maximizing efficiency and profitability.
  • Misc Tasks as assigned.
  • Manage Reworks, repacks, reticketing, and labels misalignment issues.
  • Audit EDI Files to ensure integrity.

Requirements:


  • Moderate to expert excel skills
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency (Pivot Tables and Lookups)
  • Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing preferred.
  • Must be able to work at a sustained pace.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Bluecherry)
  • Great organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of in the logistics field
  • Terminal Operations and Domestic transportation experience.
  • Varies misc. tasks as needed.

Pay:
$65, $70,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
