    Description
    Hybrid 1 days onsite each week, must be local to the areaNeed Valid LinkedInDuties/Day to Day OverviewClient just went live with Tableau, will be building dashboards, debugging, coaching/mentoring stakeholders to provide a white glove service with Tableau (some stakeholders have never worked with this tool)Act as the primary liaison between the business and technical team to collect business requirements, gather data and dashboard UAT feedback, and update internal project managers with status updatesConduct agile planning sessions with team members to build out Jira sprints and backlogHost office hours with business stakeholders to train them and answer questions about Tableau report creation and Snowflake connection and query techniquesPartner with data analysts to understand business processes and identify opportunities to build scalable, refreshable, and fault-tolerant dashboards and reportsBuild and publish interactive dashboards on Tableau with internal stakeholder and senior decision-makers as your customerCreate interactive filters, parameters, and calculations for dashboards and worksheets in TableauWrite SQL queries/views based on business requirements to power Tableau dashboardsEnsure alignment to Tableau best practice methodologies and development of variable-based, scalable designsCreate Tableau published data sets for use by analystsCreate Tableau alerts and subscriptions for stakeholders to monitor business and product KPIsHelp to develop and maintain team documentationConduct SQL query and dashboard design reviews to provide iterative feedback on technical and visual design techniques to team membersThoroughly test dashboard elements to ensure high data qualityTroubleshoot and resolve user-reported dashboard issues in a timely mannerAssist with Tableau Cloud administrative responsibilitiesRequirementsTop Requirements (Must haves)Good communications Will be providing updates to stakeholders/PMs on a daily basis, needs good understanding of projectsIdeally has Saas experience one project is ARR (annual reoccurring revenue subscription based)Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering or similar, or equivalent work experience8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintainingTableau dashboards and SQL queries10+ years working in an Analytics focused environmentExperience with Snowflake or other column-oriented, cloud-based databasesExperience with data debuggingAbility to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environmentAbility to coach other members of the teamStrong, proactive communication skillsEye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for data qualityComfortable working in a rapidly changing environment with ambiguous requirementsOrganizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExperience with sales, marketing, customer success, and/or finance data sources ( Salesforce,Marketo, NetSuite, Anaplan, Zendesk, Gainsight) in B2B/SaaS environment is preferredExperience administering Tableau CloudOpen to working on multiple projects simultaneouslyExpert Tableau skill setIntermediate SQL skill setUnderstanding of database and data warehouse concepts such as facts and dimensionsQualificationsAdditional Qualifications (Nice to Haves)Tableau Certification(s)Experience working with tools like Jira and ConfluenceExperience working on initiatives around data governance, master data management, datacatalogs, and data warehouse architecture is a plusExposure to ETL methodology and best practicesExperience with DBTExperience with Git / Github#J-18808-Ljbffr
