    Description

    Role:
    Sunbelt Supply is on the lookout for an Inside Account Manager to join their team. As part of the role, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying their needs, introducing products/services, and offering effective solutions to improve their experience.

    • Develop and execute sales plans to enhance business in the assigned territory.
    • Reach out to existing and potential customers to secure orders.
    • Address inquiries about products, pricing, durability, and payment terms.
    • Collaborate with customers, vendors, and colleagues to resolve any issues efficiently.
    • Share valuable market insights and competitor information within the organization.
    • Delegate tasks as required for smooth operations.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience in tele sales.
    • Background in sales and knowledge of pneumatic and electric actuators sizing are advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Excel.
    Qualifications:
    • Typically, a BS/BA in a relevant field is necessary. Normally, 2-5 years of experience in a related industry; certifications may be mandatory in specific areas OR MS/MA with around 2-4 years of relevant experience. Certification might be required in certain domains.
    Environmental Job Requirements:
    • Work will be in a comfortable indoor setting, with occasional minor unfavorable conditions.
    • Mainly seated in a comfortable position, but with regular opportunities for movement. Occasionally, there might be a need to handle light objects.
    • Expect less than 10% of overnight travel.
