    • About We are working on Privacy and Content Ecosystem to build a fair and trust platform for our users, by providing specific user protection, transparent controls and content distribution. For the long term, we want to be experts in the industry. Join our fast growing team at TikTok in the SF Bay Area to lead and own product features that help evolve and drive impact for everyday consumers and creators.
    • Responsibilities
    • Work with cross functional teams including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to contribute to highlevel strategic decisions, envision and execute impactful product experiences globally
    • Drive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints for any given project
    • Get involved in every aspect of the product development process, from ideas to pixel perfecting before launch
    • Prototype rapidly based on conceptual product ideas, design user flows based on data analysis and user research, get feedback from different stakeholders, reiterate designs, and ship products with the best user experience
    • Lead design workshops and sprints with crossfunctional teams to explore innovative solutions for problems and opportunities identified through research and data
    • Help elevate design quality and drive design initiative projects
    • Present key learnings within team and larger xfn groupsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications
    • Experience in UX and UI design, having multiple design projects from strategy to launch, with strong attention to detail
    • Familiar with Design System for mobile and desktop
    • Ability to iterate quickly and generate a wide range of design concepts
    • Openminded and receptive to feedback, with a patient attitude
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of handling rapid changes and lessthanideal situations
    • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your concepts, vision, and decisionmaking
    • Global vision and mentality, actively paying attention to global internet productsPreferred Qualifications 35 years designing for consumerfacing products across the mobile, web desktops or others
    • Strong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes using tools like Principle, Framer, or Origami to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences
    • Experience hosting design sprints or workshops with multiple stakeholders across the org
    • Experience with a/b testing and datadriven practice
    • Resultsoriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact
