    Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a Full Time Sales BDC Manager to join our growing team Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram will be opening in Lockport, IL in May 2024 Join our team now to start training, so we can hit the ground running

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for handling all incoming sales calls and internet leads for the dealership.
    • Ensure the BDC department hits all objectives put in place by the dealership.
    • Produce weekly traffic reports that includes numbers or calls received, number of appts. made, number of shows, number of sold by employee, number of outbound calls made.
    • Track sales for payroll and submits data with accurate back up.
    • Monitor all calls and leads. Make sure all leads are placed in the CRM system used by the dealership.
    • Ensure 100% follow up of all incoming sales calls and internet leads.
    • Collect and analyze metrics/run reports.
    • Responsible for tracking all information in and out of the BDC department.
    • Reporting all appointment percentages.
    • Tracking of inbound and outbound contacts.
    • Forecasting goals and objectives.
    • Hire and train BDC specialists.
    • Ensures there is proper staffing for all hours the sales department is open. Hiring staff, training of new hires, weekly training of all staff and annual evaluations.
    • Responsible for the daily operation of the call center and ensures staff is on time and working effectively.
    • Working closely with other department managers and GSM.
    • Handle photos and descriptions of inventory.
    • Follows federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information.

    Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

    • 2+ years BDC sales experience
    • 1+ year BDC Management experience strongly preferred
    • Automotive experience preferred
    • Positive, Can-Do Attitude
    • Open availability to cover shifts as needed
