ON-SITE ONLY. (Not Remote)

Job Overview:

Salary Range: Hourly ($25+ based on experience).

Location: This position is in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area) ON-SITE ONLY (Not Remote).

What you will be doing:

Improving customer satisfaction by helping our customers (Homeowners) and installers to solve technical problems as well as support installers during commissioning (email or phone).
Documenting received cases and following up in a timely manner.
Cooperating with Certified Field Service Technicians and Field Application Engineers.
Use and maintain the support knowledge base.
Continuously learn new practices and technology that affect the renewable energy industry.
Working with industry partners to support integration efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in customer support or equivalent educational background.
English required, bilingual in Spanish is a MUST.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
Understand electrical systems (electrical/PV advantageous).
Familiarity with MS Office (Zoho is advantageous).
Interest in solar energy and renewable energy.
