We are looking for a highly skilled and customer-focused Phone Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with all their phone system queries and providing timely and efficient solutions to their technical issues.

Your excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be crucial in ensuring our clients have a seamless and satisfactory experience with our products and services.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our phone systems and products.
  • Train and assist customers in using our phone systems and software.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior staff.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM software.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and they are satisfied with the solutions provided.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a Phone Support Specialist or similar customer support role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of phone systems and VoIP technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Patience and ability to remain calm and professional in highpressure situations.
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box to solve technical issues.
