- Provides direct supervision to all staff nurses allocated to FGC Aurora & Des Plaines, which include timekeeping approvals, commendations, disciplining, competencies and performance evaluations.
- Provides direct training, education and orientation to new staff allocated to FGC at Aurora & Des Plaines clinic
- Responsible for completing the assigned clinics Monthly Diversion Control reports.
- Responsible for the case review process for medication exception requests.
- Infection control data collection and quarterly/annual reporting. Participates in the agencies' performance improvement, infection control and audit correction processes.

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or GED required; Two years of experience in hospital or in-patient setting with 1-3 years of management experience is required. Basic nursing and substance abuse pathology knowledge. Strong working knowledge of state and federal rules and regulations and accreditation guidelines needed (SUPR, CSAT, SAMHSA & JC).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) and current certified CPR is required.
