What to expect:
- You provide basic and treatment care as well as activating care.
- You assess the physical and mental condition of patients and treat them professionally.
- You care for and support patients in shortterm care/ambulatory care.
- You mobilize patients.
- You assist with daily living and household management.
- You support the maintenance of social contacts and accompany patients to doctor appointments.
- You care for people according to SGB V and XI and take care of new admissions.
- You create and revise care plans.
- You conduct counseling sessions
