Your Responsibilities:

  • Support in all administrative tasks related to personnel management
  • Preparation of personnelrelated letters, employment references, and job postings
  • Correspondence and scheduling with applicants
  • Communication with departments and external service providers
  • Handling of special projects and tasks

Your Profile:

  • Commercial education, ideally with a qualification as a personnel specialist or a business degree with a focus on personnel
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP-HCM is desirable
  • Good command of English
  • Independent and structured work style, as well as strong communication skills
  • Team player with strong organizational skills
