    Plansight is a technology company serving the employee benefits ecosystem. Our platform helps employee benefit brokers, agencies, and technology partners streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, and reduce manual operational effort. A core part of our growth strategy is Planfacts AI, an embedded artificial intelligence solution that transforms unstructured benefit plan documents into structured, usable data that can flow directly into partner platforms.

    The opportunity:

    We are looking for sales executives to join a dynamic team of professionals who are committed to collectively lifting the vision of Plansight and achieving aggressive growth goals of the company.

    Success in this role is primarily measured by the individual's ability to generate sales revenue through industry referral/affiliate relationships. The role provides opportunities to network with industry leaders, engage in marketing and sales activities, and expand Plansight's presence in the health insurance industry.

    What we expect:

    • Identify, prospect, onboard, and cultivate relationships to drive brand recognition, lead generation, and revenue
    • Bring significant sales experience, having shown consistent achievement on exceeding quotas

    Skills you'll need:

    • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
    • 3+ years of relevant sales experience in the SAAS or benefits space
    • 3+ years of experience in benefits space (any role)
    • Relevant Skills: analytical thinking, ability to communicate professionally (written and verbal), negotiations, well-organized and process driven, goal-focused, and generally charismatic
    • A relentless drive to win and succeed. Can produce at a high level while working autonomously
    • A track record of proven success in development of new business
    • Prospecting/outbound work ethic
