We are looking for a Sales and Advertising Assistant with potential and an ambitious drive, rather than experience, to enhance local brand and service knowledge

We are a marketing and customer acquisition firm that specializes in working with clients in the San Gabriel area within the telecommunications industry. We are looking to find a person who would love to work in a fun, competitive, positive-minded environment that values your sales skills and will train you to apply them in a management career working with the same industries you already love.

Our clients hire us to be their voice and face with their customers regarding products and services. We combine marketing and sales industry knowledge with excellent customer service training to provide an informed, personal touch with customers founded on trust and integrity. We need not only our next team members but also our next leaders to manage our growing company.

Sales and Advertising Assistant Responsibilities:

Train in advertising marketing, sales, and product and service knowledge
Communicate with interested customers and match them to product and service offerings
Participate in staff and training meetings
Communicate appropriately and professionally
Finally have an opportunity to advance based on merit for our management roles

Qualities of a Sales and Advertising Assistant:

High school diploma or equivalent degree is required
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is preferred
Previous knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, or other interpersonal roles is preferred
Ability to learn and master proper business protocol and strategy
Comfortable demeanor when discussing sales options and service inquiries with customers
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with fellow sales and advertising team members
