Job Title:
Advertising Operations Specialist

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the tracking and organization of our inventory.
• Ensure efficient allocation of advertising resources, including scheduling, placement, and optimization of campaigns to maximize impact and ROI.
• Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to streamline inventory management processes.
• Work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to align inventory management efforts with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in inventory data.

- : Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to manage and analyze advertising data, ensuring precise campaign tracking and reporting.


Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience in operations, with a focus on inventory management and outofhome advertising operations preferred.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and precision in inventory tracking and organization.
• Data Proficiency: Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and data analysis tools, with a proven ability to interpret and utilize data to drive decisionmaking in advertising operations.

Solving Skills:
Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve operational effectiveness.
