- Support Federal government clients in a broad array of data science efforts
- Lead a team of 2-3 data analysts / data scientists
- Identify the right tools and methodologies to solve client problems
- Strategize on approach and communicate to executive leadership
- Liaise between functional stakeholders and technical SMEs
- Apply cutting-edge tools and techniques
- A CURRENT and ACTIVE Top Secret (TS) /SCI federal security clearance with Counter Intelligence (CI) polygraph
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5)+ years' supporting DoD or federal customers
- Prior experience with cloud-based systems
- Advanced Python skills and knowledge of associated tools - Anaconda, Pandas, juPyter, etc.
- Experience with AI/ML models to include classification, sentiment analysis, and linear regression
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau
