Position Overview:

We are seeking a Data Scientist who will use a diverse range of data-focused skills and experience, both technical and analytical.

Possesses a strong desire and capability for problem solving, data analysis and troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and experimentation.

Responsibilities:

Work with large, complex, and disparate data sets
Design and implement innovative ways to analyze and exploit the customer's data holdings
Research and report on a wide variety of customer's inquiries
Raise proactive inquiries based on observations and proposed data analysis/exploitation
Develop custom searches
Communicate and coordinate with internal and external partners as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
Experience using Excel to create data calls, process data call responses, and clean/condition data, create and use pivot tables, and create charts/graphs.
Ability to script and write VBA in Excel is a plus.
Experience creating analytic visualizations using Tableau

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Power BI a plus.
Experience with scripting and VBA in Excel a plus.
