- Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process invoices, verify transactions, reconcile accounts, and assist with collections as needed.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Record journal entries, reconcile bank statements, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with the finance team to develop budgets, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and supporting schedules.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and identify areas for cost savings or revenue generation.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing and related tasks as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite or similar).
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- CPA certification or progress towards certification (preferred but not required).

In this role you will assist with various accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.
