- Create weekly and monthly bank reconciliation reports.
- Generate weekly and month-end cash reports.
- Manage financial records and maintain general ledger accounts.
- Compile journal entries and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Conduct analyses of general ledger accounts.
- Review cash receipts, accounts receivable billing (invoicing), accounts payable trial balance, and reports prepared by Accounting Specialists.
- Prepare and review statutory and compliance reports.
- Support annual audit preparation.
- Produce financial and ad hoc analyses.
- Execute special projects as required.
- Provide assistance to the Senior Accountant and Lead Accountant as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of staff accountant experience is required.
- MUST have experience working with multiple entities.
- Intermediate Excel use required. Must know and be experienced with pivot tables and v-lookups.
- Non-profit industry experience is a plus.
- $ / annually.
