- Lead Heartland's day-to-day social media storytelling and strategy including producing, editing, and sharing innovative and appealing content, visual assets, and advertising on all platforms.
- Design, plan, execute, and maintain all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Use social media analytics and research to track key metrics and performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions to increase growth and new audience outreach.
- Communicate the status of the digital marketing initiatives clearly and effectively to all stakeholders. Monitor program performance to ensure campaign effectiveness, identifying areas of concern and optimizing as needed.
- Provide thought leadership, identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, brainstorm new and creative ideas, optimize the user experience to propel growth strategies.
- Be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends with excellent communication skills and be able to express our company's views creatively.
- Maintain and safeguard brand voice and message strategy across networks.
- Serve as key social media contact during real-time and/or critical, unplanned events. Provide instantaneous intelligence as an issue is spreading and evolving on social media.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field required; Masters's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of dedicated professional social media experience.
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud, with specific experience in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
- Excellent knowledge of digital media practices, tools, applications, and software including, but not limited to, social media platforms and content management systems
- Excellent writing, editing, research, and analytical skills with proven online engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of current social media landscape, trends, tools and analytics.
- High level of technical proficiency and willingness to learn and adapt new technologies.
- Eye for design, ability to create and repurpose graphics independently within brand standards and experience working with visual and graphic designers.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Utilize media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods, critical and creative thinker and problem solver.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to respond quickly to changing priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadline

JOB SUMMARY
This is a Hybrid role in Lenexa, KS.
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead day to day digital marketing initiatives supporting Heartland's focus on the digital customer experience and working in collaboration with the leadership team to develop and execute digital campaigns and web solutions aligned with business goals and objectives.
This role will lead planning, execution and analysis of marketing and communications strategies for specific digital channels (.com, email, social media).
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, initiating, creating and overseeing strategic digital marketing campaigns and web initiatives as well as spearheading proactive digital advertising, marketing and web solutions with a goal of increasing overall brand awareness and advancement.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The Digital Marketing Manager will be expected to frequently interact with co-workers, clients, supervisors, and individuals throughout the workday.
