- Client-focused on providing exceptional experiences to customers, including virtual events and webinars. Seeking an experienced Virtual Event Marketing Manager to join the team.
- Focusing on raising awareness for products and services through strategic event marketing campaigns, particularly virtual events and webinars. Looking for a candidate with a strong marketing background and expertise in both daily execution and long-term strategy.
- Seeking a full-time contractor to manage project delivery for virtual events and webinars with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include organizing project work, creating documentation, and ensuring project success.
- Key duties involve maintaining project plans, documenting processes, preparing meetings, and managing projects using standard methodologies. Experience in B2B marketing and virtual events preferred.
- Required skills include strong project management, proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint), proactive work approach, and collaboration with Partner Marketing team.
- Collaborating with Virtual Event Managers to oversee project management of webinars and supporting end-to-end project execution. Working with various teams to complete tasks and achieve goals.
- Documenting project work, managing communications, webinar calendars, and lead flow post-events. Performing other assigned duties.
- Strong project management experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with SalesForce.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
- Effective time management skills and meeting deadlines.
- Quick adaptation to different situations and teamwork capabilities.
- 5 years of project management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Creation of field-facing communications.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related work experience.
