    Nazdar is currently hiring a

    Marketing Manager

    to join the team at our corporate office in Shawnee, KS.

    We are seeking a strategic-minded, results-oriented, deadline-driven individual with strong analytical skills and attention to detail to join our marketing team.

    The

    Marketing Manager


    is responsible for various aspects of developing and implementing marketing communications strategies and programs that aim to drive leads, build customer engagement, increase brand awareness, and achieve organizational goals.

    In addition, strategically oversees all products within the responsible portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and market demand.


    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    Assists in the development of content strategy that aligns with short and long-term marketing plans.

    Creates and manages the implementation of all digital marketing programs, including PPC campaigns, SEO enhancements, and website optimization, with a strong emphasis on lead generation.

    Writes and communicates marketing campaign creative briefs to define requirements, strategies, and goals.
    Utilize the marketing and sales database to propose targeted lead-gen campaigns based on demographics that support sales growth targets.

    Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports to drive improvements across key metrics, including deliverability, open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and revenue.

    Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and maximize ROI continuously.
    Track and report on e-commerce performance to drive improvements across key metrics.
    Write press releases, promotional copy, and email subject lines.

    Review and proofread copy and artwork for all marketing materials to ensure delivery of high-quality work and consistency in branding across all channels.

    Assist with processing various marketing fulfillment duties, including but not limited to sample prints, direct mail, packages, letters, advertising specialties, and other sales literature.

    Act as the primary liaison between product portfolio management and sales, marketing communications, operations, and suppliers for products within the responsible portfolio.

    Track product portfolio performance and drive improvements to achieve targeted revenue or margin goals.

    Prepare reports detailing sales activity and business growth development opportunities by supplier, product type, and customer segment for products within the responsible portfolio.

    Conduct product research and identify and track trends in responsible market segments.

    Attend trade shows or events when required to support booth staff, gather leads, participate in portfolio supplier meetings, and conduct market and competitive research (some weekend travel possible).

    Perform job according to pre-established safety, quality, and efficiency standard operating procedures.

    Qualifications and Duties

    Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications.
    3-5 years' experience in a marketing role.
    Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both in writing and verbally.
    Experience managing strategy, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.

    Strong computer skills using various programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, or customer database systems), as well as the ability to learn new systems.

    Strong knowledge of marketing analytics platforms such as GA4.
    Understanding of branding standards.
    Self-directed and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    Experience in product marketing management is a plus.
