    This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for AcqDemo Business and Technical Management Career Path (NH) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

    About the Position: Position exercises full range procurement analyst service.



    Duties

    • Provides a full range of procurement analyst services.
    • Performs all aspects of contracting oversight, review, and assistance to provide responsive and timely support to customers.
    • Aggressively counsels and makes recommendations to maximize small business procurement opportunities.
    • Develops guidance materials to explain regulatory and policy changes.
    • Provides analyst services, oversight, and support for procurements involving highly specialized, enterprise, and/or complex contracts.
    • Performs reviews and analysis of procurements involving complex contracts.
    • Researches and drafts responses to Congressional inquiries and provides information.
    • Provides information and assistance to business concerns relative to participation in the acquisition program.
    • Analyzes, evaluates, and reviews procurement programs and issues.
    • Prepares and/or consolidates special and recurring reports.
    • Performs staff visits to contracting offices and analyzes acquisition statistics.
    • Participates in conferences and special events pertinent to Army Small Business Programs
