Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the vendor relationship management, which initiates with the vendor evaluation process for all suppliers and subcontractors that have interest in becoming an approved vendor for the company's projects, as well as vendors considered by the company as potential suppliers to fulfill a project scope of supply or works. As first point of contact with third parties, the Supply Chain Analyst will ensure that required documentation is delivered by suppliers and properly evaluated by a multidisciplinary team integrated. Once the vendor is evaluated the analyst will be responsible for completing the enrollment process.
  • Analyze supplier performance through the vendor revaluation process during the project lifecycle. The Analyst will arrange feedback meetings with suppliers to continue developing the vendor relationship management as part of the continual improvement process, and address any concerns related to nonconformances with their services or supplies.
  • Responsible for keeping updated the company's Approved Vendor List (AVL), based on the results of the initial vendor evaluation and vendor reevaluation. The AVL will be reviewed periodically by the Analyst, based on the results of the evaluations and the feedback received by the Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Coordinators.
  • Based on the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) set for the Supply Chain Team, the Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for monitoring procurement, logistics and warehouse processes to ensure compliance with company policies, costeffectiveness, and quality standards.
  • Prepare department reports which consolidate KPIs, highlights, areas of concern and action plans required in the Supply Chain Team. These reports are updated and reviewed on a weekly basis with the Supply Chain Team and presented once a month to the company directors.
  • Responsible for effective leadership in the areas of Safety, Health, and Environment, ensuring a safe workplace, eliminating the possibility of injury to people or the environment.

Skills, Qualifications, Certifications, Licenses, Training:


  • The position requires a professional with bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, with experience of more than 3 years in the different administrative processes related procurement, logistics, warehouse.
  • Intermediate English & Spanish Proficiency. Ability to establish appropriate interpersonal relationships and teamwork. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Management of the SAP system (preferably in the MM module). Solid knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Word, Excel and Power Point), knowledge in KPIs, business intelligence or dashboards.

Work Environment


The noise level in the work environment is usually mild in office conditions and moderate in the production shop area.

From $50,000.00 per year
