    Description

    Job Description:

    • Our client, a leading spoken word media company, needs a skilled professional to join their Marketing Operations team. They want someone who's proactive and can help achieve business goals while creating unique customer experiences.
    • Responsibilities include:
      • Developing and testing email and push notification campaigns
      • Creating customer segments
      • Enhancing outbound communications with personalization
    • This role is crucial for supporting various initiatives and ensuring smooth planning and execution. Candidates must have expertise in top Campaign Management tools and Email Service Providers. They should be specialists in email deliverability and marketing automation, with strong HTML and dynamic content skills.

      • Job responsibilities:

      • Own and manage production of outbound marketing campaigns via email, push, and other platforms
      • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance marketing tactics
      • Develop customer segments and optimize campaigns
      • Automate marketing campaigns for efficiency
      • Act as a subject matter expert on email best practices
      • Integrate personalization into campaigns

      Basic Qualifications:

      • 2-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience with ESPs like Salesforce/Exact Target
      • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
      • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Technical proficiency and desire for process improvement
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Knowledge of HTML

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Experience with Movable Ink
      • HTML skills and understanding of email development
      • Experience with Project Management tools like JIRA
      • Basic SQL knowledge
