    Description

    Develon is currently in search of an analytical Financial Program Specialist to become a part of our dynamic and ever-expanding team located in Suwanee, GA.

    • Sales Program Management
    • Review and audit lender subsidy files and program documents
    • Assist in the development and management of sales programs
    • Manage all processes of sales programs from application collection to incentive provision
    • Analyze the financial impact of sales programs and make recommendations
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales program processes
    • Build and manage dashboards for sales and marketing KPIs using various data sources
    • Provide insights on sales performance and Return on Investment
    • Facilitate IT/System Project Management for customer-facing projects

    Requirements:

    • Qualifications for Success:
    • 2-5 years of relevant experience
    • Travel up to 20% required
    • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
    • Effective communication and business acumen
    • Project management in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Advanced skills in Power BI and SQL are a plus
    • Prior experience in retail finance program management is beneficial
