    Description

    We are in search of a driven Team Lead with outstanding customer service skills, paving the path towards an extraordinary patient journey. A multitasker with exceptional attention to detail, primarily inclined towards the administrative operations of our medical facility. The ideal candidate should be an independent thinker with at least one year of experience in a medical office setting (OB/GYN background is a plus) who will collaborate closely with our Front Desk Supervisor, ensuring harmony within the team under her guidance.

    Position: Medical Receptionist - FULL TIME

    Responsibilities:

    • Take the lead in welcoming and greeting patients upon their arrival at the office.
    • Aid in organizing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for each provider's patients and appointments.
    • Participate in the onboarding process for new team members.
    • Exemplify top-notch Customer Service.
    • Support the Front Desk Supervisor in implementing new procedures.
    • Guide patients to the appropriate personnel and departments.
    • Manage, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls.
    • Offer accurate information in person, over the phone, and via email.
    • Handle daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
    • Perform various clerical receptionist tasks such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing.

    Skills:

    • Demonstrated experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar leadership role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of computer systems within a medical setting is advantageous.
    • Professional demeanor and attire are essential.
    • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Being proactive and resourceful in problem-solving situations.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize assignments.
