- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university or equivalent experience
- Project Management experience in a healthcare related field
- Must be able to work both independently and as an integral part of a team
- Must be able to develop presentations, write reports and correspondence
- Analysis and documentation of current and future state clinical workflows, relevant departments, and IT systems (EMR, OR Scheduling, AIMS, Documentation Mgmt) preferred
- Previous clinical Preoperative/Hospital or Ambulatory Surgery Center experience strongly desired
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both medical and technical topics/resources
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Leadership and presentation skills
- Ability and desire to learn and teach others
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to travel between 25% nationally and internationally as needed

Description
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating, leading and completing all aspects of a Provation implementation project, following the standard methodology and processes they have been trained on. Project coordination work will be completed via phone, email and web conferencing with potential for some onsite visits. This person is responsible for organizing and completing project communication and documentation for multiple projects in various phases of completion and aligning customer, other vendor and Provation resources to complete the tasks defined per project. They will manage and ensure the project scope aligns with the products and services purchased. They will complete the project's fiscal requirements, monitor progress and anticipate and mitigate project risks to deliver company results and high customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will share ideas for ongoing process improvement and will participate in cross company initiatives to ensure product and service offerings meet and exceed customer needs.

National: The salary range for this position is $63,000 - $117,000
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
