    Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Manager of Compensation, you'll manage the Compensation Team and large complex projects.

    We are looking for:

    • 9+ years of experience in Comp / HR; leadership experience
    - expertise in Excel data-modeling

    What is the work?

    Management/Advising:

    • Oversees work of Compensation Advisors and enterprise programs
    • Manages large / highly complex Compensation programs for multiple clients
    • Consults with HRIS Team on HRIS process, system enhancements, and technology solutions
    • Leads / participates in multidiscipline teams
    • Advises and consults on PSP, Long Term Variable Pay, 401k, Regulatory compliance, Exec Compensation

    Analytics:

    • Develops highly complex costing models and analyses for the Team, HR, and other H-EB clients; recommends solutions

    Strategy:

    • Drives strategic direction of broad Compensation programs, policies, and processes
    • Provides subject matter expertise on H-EB Compensation philosophy and strategy
    What is your background?

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or comparable experience
    • 9+ years of experience in Compensation, HR, or business, including (but not limited to) total rewards, variable and short / longterm incentive plans
    • 2 years of experience in a leadership role
    Do you have what it takes to be a fit as an H-E-B Comp Manager?

    • Expert modeling skills in Excel; PC skills including MS Office, HRIS
    • Advanced analytical, project management, organization skills
    • Advanced written / verbal communication and presentation skills
    • Negotiation and influencing skills
    • Strong attention to detail
