    Benefits and Compensation Manager

    Location: San Antonio

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and mentor a team of compensation & benefits professionals to create a collaborative environment
    • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related duties
    • Generate regular reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics related to compensation and benefit programs
    • Assist the team by conducting training sessions to educate employees and managers on the organization's compensation and benefits offerings
    • Address and resolve any employee inquiries and/ or concerns related to compensation and benefits
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, executives, and external partners
    • Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and compensation management tools
    • Be familiar with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits
    • Plus if you are a Certified Compensation Professional - CCP
