    Description

    Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist at Omni Nashville Hotel

    Job Description:

    • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Director and leadership team
    • Welcome and assist all guests in the Associate Services Center

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests professionally and warmly
    • Support HR Director and leaders with administrative tasks
    • Aid in recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and maintaining job listings
    • Assist in new hire paperwork processing
    • Maintain department logs, files, and employee communication networks
    • Enter and manage associate data in HRIS systems
    • Handle phone calls, emails, and office correspondence
    • Participate in associate events and recognition programs
    • Contribute to a positive company culture and promote internal opportunities
    • Assist with various office tasks and projects as needed
    • Support HR leadership team with special projects

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience
    • College Degree in hospitality or HR management preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively
    • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Organizational abilities with a focus on quality and teamwork
    • Flexible schedule availability including evenings and weekends
    • Physically able to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
