- Create comprehensive account plans for national urology accounts in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Liaise with premier national urology accounts, identify opportunities, and ensure successful product launch.
- Translate brand strategy into action plans to increase patient access.
- Analyze market trends to drive business optimization with outpatient providers.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 7+ years in pharma or specialty sales with national/regional accounts experience
- Oncology and/or Urology experience required
- Product launch and strategic account planning experience necessary
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Extensive travel required
