What You'll Do

The National Account Manager, Convenience, will be responsible for key retailers in the Convenience channel.
The NAM will lead the business development efforts for Convenience Channel along with the broker partners that support this business.
This role will collaborate closely with the Director, Away from Home, to drive revenue growth/profit within the assigned network.Providing key connections to national retailers; 7- Eleven, Circle K Corporate, Sheetz, RaceTrac, Loves, Pilot, to grow new business while achieving objectives and goals on current business.

Salary Range:
$90,000 to $120,000 (depending on experience*)
Annual Bonus Potential: 25% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.
New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market.
Note :
This range is a national average, but compensation will be reviewed based on geographical location depending on where applicant will be working.
Develop and implement a strategic sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and expand presence in key national retailers.Daily management of the performance of assigned retailers by providing leadership to ensure maximum performance and goal achievement.
Provide strategic management of broker partners that support business related to this role.
Develop the annual/quarterly/monthly/weekly sales business plans, including forecasting and budgeting.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure customer expectations and needs are met regarding OTIF and demand planning.
Manage short- and long-term strategies with retailers and prospective customers.
Partner with Marketing, Field Sales, Supply Chain and Finance. Provide leadership in creating effective sales programs, including brand strategy for optimal success and execution.
Develop, maintain and improve meaningful KPI's and meet or exceed goals.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Bring
3+ years of strategic account management/sales experience, ideally in the beverage industry with experience calling on key national Convenience retailers.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
Demonstrated the ability to take full advantage of personal strengths and compensate for weaknesses
Communicates ideas and information in a form well matched to, and well received by, the audience.
Experience delivering timely, objective feedback in ways that improve performance and support morale.
Ability to develop measurable goals and objectives with minimal guidance from manager.
Experience handling conflict as a tough but fair negotiator in difficult, complex, or controversial situations.
Excellent sales process skillset and organizational skills/
Ability to influence cross functionally with both internal and external partners.
Strong relationship-building skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
Data reporting and analytical skills.
Ability to demonstrate critical thinking in both short term and long-term planning.
Ability to outline a clear direction for teams and understand the interdependencies across the company to deliver on strategic priorities.

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
