- Assists Compensation and Benefits Team with Total Rewards related initiatives.
- Conduct market research to gather information on industry trends related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze total rewards data and develop reports to support decision making.
- Analyze and review compensation and benefits elements for accuracy in employee total rewards information.
- Perform compensation and benefit benchmarking to assess current competitive practices.
- Support the team in identifying ways to improve employee engagement as it relates to Total Rewards initiatives.
- Assist with developing and delivering presentations in support of key projects.
- Assists in providing metrics regarding competitive trends in compensation and benefits.
- Support the project management of numerous projects ensuring milestones are maintained and stakeholders informed.
- Analytical skills required.
- Microsoft office and Excel skills required.
- Must be detailed oriented and organized.
- Research skills, self-starter, and problem solver.
- Must be able to collaborate with all levels in the organization.
- Excellent computer skills, a professional demeanor, with a strong sense of commitment and the ability to evaluate complex information.
- The ideal candidate would be a rising Senior or master's student, but all students are welcome for consideration.
- Would prefer a student in pursuit of a Human Resources or Business degree.
