    This position is hybrid during the 16-week returnship program. The goal of this program is to hire individuals who were successful throughout the program duration. A full-time offer will be hybrid.


    This position is in the LTD-Manufacturing Development team working in one of the most advanced semiconductor clean room facilities in the world.

    You will have the opportunity to be responsible for several multi-million dollar processing tools working directly with highly skill technicians to achieve top levels of performance.

    You will be developing the manufacturing maintenance and operational systems on future manufacturing technologies before they are transferred out to Intel fabs world-wide.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    Defining and developing procedures and equipment configuration for the module with the end goal of maximizing quality, equipment availability and output.

    Defining projects to meet quality, reliability, cost, yield, productivity, and manufacturability requirements.

    Driving improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment, and operating personnel.

    Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
    Establishing the process control systems for the process module and sustains the module through volume ramp.
    Develops strategy to resolve difficult problems and establishes systems to deal with these problems in the future.
    In addition to these responsibilities, you will respond to production requests for material disposition and alarm response.


    Qualifications:
    You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

    Minimum Qualifications
    Candidates must have been out of the paid technical workforce for at least one year
    Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a Semiconductor-related STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) field of study (with a focus on hands-on experimental research)
