    Responsibilities of the HR Generalist:

    • Coordinate the onboarding paperwork for new employees, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from day one.
    • Manage day to day employee relations, answering any benefit question, PTO, or payroll concern.
    • Conduct salary survey research and craft accurate job descriptions to support recruitment efforts and ensure competitiveness in the job market.
    • Implement new procedures and policies for the HR department as needed, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
    • Provide assistance with the software implementation, playing a vital role in ensuring its success.
    • The HR Generalist is responsible solely for Payroll processing for 800 employees through ADP.

    Preferred Qualifications of the HR Generalist:

    • Excel Proficiency: Intermediate Excel skills are essential for this role, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
    • HR Experience: Prior experience in Human Resources is preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
    • Independent Worker: Ability to work independently and take ownership over the department, showing initiative and resourcefulness in solving problems and driving initiatives forward.
