Responsibilities

As an experienced expert in the entire spectrum of Compliance, you will take on the challenging role of responsible Compliance Generalist, focusing on topics such as anti-corruption, antitrust, ESG/LkSG, and corresponding risk management systems.

This position also includes direct personnel management (currently 1 FTE). As an internal Compliance advisor, you will also design and conduct training for our client's employees.

You will holistically manage relevant internal systems (such as CMS and whistleblowing) and use your expertise to review and potentially improve existing processes.

Additionally, you will act as a sparring partner for management and other stakeholders, providing them with advice and support.
